An MBA from Cardiff University, with vast experience in banking and financial institutions, spearheading the company with expertise in finance, management, research and analysis.

With an experience of over 35 years in the consumer electronics industry, Mr. Zutshi has proven to be a visionary leader who translates business strategies into optimising profits for the interest of all stakeholders.Prior to Samsung, he was associated with Philips India and Videocon International.

Ms. Mridula Saria is the director of Infomerics Credit Rating Nepal. She is also a co-founder of Grooming Tales Pvt. Ltd., a vocational education institute for children.

Mr. Aasu Jhunjhunwala, aged 34 years is a director of Infomerics Nepal. He holds MBA degree in finance from University of Pune and completed his BBA from Kathmandu College of Management.
